Managing Director and Founder
Jonti has been involved in the security industry since 1995, starting his impressive career in South Africa where he trained in First Response and Counter-Terrorism, and provided perimeter security services for the late President Nelson Mandela.
Mets started working in the security industry in 1991, his wealth of experience results in exceptional customer service and an operation efficiency without parallel. He has won achievement and service awards for his work across many security-related areas.
Compliance and Administration Manager
Ilan Godin is a veteran sergeant, first class with many years serving in the military. With his in depth understanding of security, compliance and assessing risk, he has taken on the role of Compliance and Administration Manager at Abacus Security.
OFFICER TRAINING & RECRUITMENT
They are contracted to work exclusively for us ensuring continuity in service and an ongoing commitment to protecting your business.
Our officers are correctly licensed, trained in first aid, and risk identification and mitigation. To meet clients’ requirements we also have officers qualified as Chief Fire Wardens and who have training in other specialised areas, such as traffic control. They also abide by confidentiality agreements, and industry work health and safety standards.
We invest heavily in our officers’ training, certification and development, and we expect high-level presentation and communication skills, and a commitment to professional and polite behaviour at all times.
